The Rothman Index combines clinical measurements and nursing assessments from the EHR into one score of a patient’s overall condition, to help clinicians detect deterioration early. Spacelabs Healthcare acquired PeraHealth in 2023 and sells the Rothman Index as an FDA-cleared predictive analytics product.
